About

Thanks for visiting our site! We are WISE (Women in Science and Engineering) Kid-Netic Energy. We are an outreach group from the University of Manitoba. Since 1990 our group has enthralled, educated and motivated the youth, including young girls, into exciting careers in Engineering and Science. We provide hands on, memorable, curriculum-based workshops for schools, clubs, camps and more. Our presentations keep learning interesting and interactive.

WISE KE reaches approximately 30 000 students each year in Manitoba. We're not just in Winnipeg. We deliver workshops in dozens of Manitoba communities and host camps in well over a dozen locations annually including a number of First Nations! We're just getting started, so have fun going through our links and learning more about us. Whether you're a student, a parent, or a teacher there's plenty for you on our website. WISE KE would love to be a part of your educational experience!
