We hire Workshop and/or Camp Instructors every Fall, Winter, and Spring/Summer term. Please check back here regularly for postings!

We employ undergraduate students to deliver our STEM programming. Throughout the school year we travel to schools in/near the City of Winnipeg delivering hands-on workshops based on K-12 Manitoba Science curriculum. During the spring we deliver our workshops to communities further from Winnipeg, including rural communities and a number of First Nations throughout Manitoba. In the summer, we offer day camps in communities throughout the province.

Our instructors are trained to deliver all of our K-12 workshops, as well as our camps for summer. As an instructor, you can expect to travel to communities throughout Manitoba. Our fall and winter instructors work flexible part-time hours that accommodate their university course schedules. Our spring and summer instructors work full-time for more extensive travel.

In order to be eligible for these positions, you require a valid intermediate or full Canadian driver's license (and your own vehicle is helpful), as well as a background in science, engineering, education, or a related field of study. We offer a starting wage of $14/hr, and pride ourselves on hiring students who reflect the diversity of the students we see throughout Manitoba.

We provide our instructors with an amazing experience through which they can polish up their presentation skills, increase their independence, see new places in Manitoba, and help youth get excited about STEM!

We are now opening applications for Fall/Winter Workshop Instructors! Please check out the application and job posting below:
