In 2011, WISE Kid-Netic Energy won the Actua & GE Canada Award for Leadership and Innovation. This award was created in 1998 as a way to recognize member organizations that have best exemplified the Actua spirit of innovation over the past year.

Welcome to WISE Kid-Netic Energy! 

Founded in 1990, WISE Kid-Netic Energy is the largest community outreach program offered by the University of Manitoba.  Our primary support is from the Faculty of Engineering.

WISE Kid-Netic Energy is a non-profit organization that offers hands on, curriculum based science, engineering and technology deliverables for youth in Kindergarten through grade 12.  Use the navigation bar at the top of the page to learn more about our program and how you can get involved!

Wpg JULY & AUG Codemakers Camp FULL

Our All-Girls Codemakers Camps in Winnipeg July 9-13 and August 13-17 have reached capacity. Please still feel free to fill out a form to be added to the wait-list. A lot can happen between now and then. In addition, we still have space at our Thompson, Dauphin, Morden, Steinbach and Flin Flon locations!
