In 2011, WISE Kid-Netic Energy won the Actua & GE Canada Award for Leadership and Innovation. This award was created in 1998 as a way to recognize member organizations that have best exemplified the Actua spirit of innovation over the past year.

Welcome to WISE Kid-Netic Energy! 

Founded in 1990, WISE Kid-Netic Energy is the largest community outreach program offered by the University of Manitoba.  Our primary support is from the Faculty of Engineering.

WISE Kid-Netic Energy is a non-profit organization that offers hands on, curriculum based science, engineering and technology deliverables for youth in Kindergarten through grade 12.  Use the navigation bar at the top of the page to learn more about our program and how you can get involved!

Our Girls Club has reached capacity. Our Girls Club instructors look forward to seeing everyone this Saturday!


Girls Club Begins Sept. 23

For those of you already registered, Girls Club begins Saturday, September 23. You will receive an email approximately one week prior to the 23rd to provide you with all the info you'll need before the first day. Our instructors Kristin, Hannah and Alex are eager to get started! If you haven't already registered we do have a few spots still left!
